Sushi Chef Steve heads up the Sushi Bar room at AJ's Grayton Beach where sushi is hand-made to order for lunch and dinner. The menu includes chef signature rolls, specialty rolls, sushi rolls, build your own, nigiri and sashami, and sake selections. Sushi happy hour is Mon-Fri 4-6pm with HALF OFF select menu of Sushi and all Sake.
