Tea Fore Her at The Vue

Local non-profit, Fore Her, will host it’s Fifth Annual Tea Fore Her Fundraiser on April 6th from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Vue located at Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club. Guests are encouraged to dress up and grab a friend for an afternoon of tea, lunch, decadent desserts and champagne in support of Fore Her’s mission to help women battling breast cancer. Tickets available!

The event, presented by Platinum Pink Sponsor Pizza by the Sea, will feature a silent auction, raffle and photo booth by 30A Life Photography. Attendees will enjoy a light lunch and complimentary glass of champagne along with the beautiful setting at The Vue on 30a. Guests are encouraged to dress the part with festive hats to compete for the best hat award. Hats will be judged by Amy Giles of Wardrobe Made Simple and the winner will receive a gift certificate for a styling session.  Tickets to attend Tea Fore Her are $50 each or $45 for breast cancer survivors.

Fore Her works to provide financial support to women diagnosed with breast cancer in Northwest Florida. Founded by Amy Walsh in memory of her mother and aunt who lost their battles with breast cancer, Fore Her seeks to relieve some of the burden associated with breast cancer by providing financial assistance that can be used to pay for a medical expenses, a mortgage, car or utilities bill.

“I know firsthand that battling breast cancer takes a toll on an entire family,” Walsh said. “My family greatly appreciated the generous emotional and monetary support we had from family, friends and our church.”

The Vue on 30A is a Gulf front restaurant located on Scenic 30A at Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The restaurant is open to the public and serves lunch, dinner and happy hour throughout the week as well as Sunday brunch.
