Valentine Tour of Homes

Spend the weekend falling in love with some of South Walton's most adorable, stunning, artistic and unique homes from beach to bay on Feb 16 and 17, 2019. Every year around Valentine's South Walton residents and visitors look forward to the highly anticipated annual Valentine Tour of Homes presented by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County (CAA). The tour is known for showcasing stunning interiors, architecturally acclaimed homes and picturesque settings bringing inspiration to your weekend at the beach. Fall in love with some of South Walton's most interesting homes while supporting Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County - Arts for All Programs.  Tickets available online soon, at event or local places listed below.

$35 in advance / $40 weekend of

This annual event will open the doors to five gorgeously designed South Walton homes to participants on Saturday, Feb.16 from 10 a.m. - 4 pm and Sunday, Feb. 17 from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Guests take a self-guided tour of a variety of homes throughout South Walton and are also introduced to some of the CAA's member artists whose work is featured in each of the homes. All net proceeds benefit the CAA's Art For All Program, which provides support to Walton County schools, teachers, students, artists and arts organizations to further arts education in the community.

Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 the days of the event, valid for the entire weekend with one entry per house. Tickets can be purchased online at www.culturalartsalliance.com and locally at several ticket outlets beginning in February. Tickets will also be available for purchase at each of the homes throughout the weekend. 

Homes on Tour: 
The 2019 Homes on the Tour include an exquisite Rosemary Beach home, a historic and charming lakefront cottage, two modern beachfront condos, a bayfront boater’s dream house, and a stunning contemporary waterfront home nestled between Redfish Lake and Scenic Hwy. 30A.

Please note that as most of these homes are private residencies, they cannot be guaranteed as ADA compliant. Please notify the CAA office in advance for questions regarding access, and best efforts will be made for accommodations.
