3br/2ba preferably...fenced yard would be nice, but not completely necessary...really anything right now. Rent range is anywhere from $800-$1200 and utilities included would be nice, but not necessary either...We are just in a place that is too small for 5 people and need a bigger place than this (and believe me, just about anything is bigger than what we are in.)
