County Sued for retaliation in Federal Court.....again

A pissed off ex employee....... If he harassed a citizen because they complained to their commissioner as the complaint says, he should have been fired. Citizens shouldn't be harassed or intimidated by county staff.

Now you know who the developer is and where the missing money went Pat Blackshear was arrested for.

You have to wonder since the County knows who the developer is, if there has been any effort on the part of the county to collect it?? If not it would appear there is something sinister amiss.

There are several other properties as well. Doesn't sound like any of them were discussed at the GJ.

Sure looks like some long time, organized criminal activity. Will the State Attorney and WCSO finally put an end to it, OR aide and abet it to continue on and protect the real crooks...

Well, if that's the case...Hal Laird isn't squeaky clean either. Looks like there is going to be a showdown. I think you will see more truth's come out about how the County has conducted business in the past regarding the planning department.

The Grand Jury did mention that developers had way more access to the planners than average citzens.
