YOU can help Walton County protect the public's right to use our beaches. Residents and visitors may complete the affidavit and attend the Customary Use public hearing on Nov 3 at South Walton High School at 9am.

Members of the community can visit South Walton annex to complete the Affidavit and have it notarized on site for free. You may also submit photos. See Walton County website for everything you need to complete the Affidavit on site or mail it in.

EVERYONE, residents and visitors, can participate if you have visited South Walton Beaches and age 18 or older. Bring a driver's license or photo ID for the notary.

Affidavit signing events will be happening around town at businesses and offices other than the Walton County Annex. We will post events as they come in.

Heard yesterday (thanks jdarg and Danny Glidewell) that there will be affadavits and a notary at the Walton County Fair October 8 - 13 :)
