Yes, there is a state park in front of us....a nice buffer with all the views of direct oceanfront.

The park is awesome and serves as a nice buffer from storms. Different from stepping onto the beach from gulf front but in some ways preferable.

Kurt, you are so right. This natural park is so beautiful and the beach there takes your breath away. The buffer of the park was very appealing to us when we bought the lots.

This park is long and skinny....~ 100 yards to the sand with only natural vegetation in between.
