Although short term rentals (weekly, 3 day weekend) are available, we prefer to rent for at least a month at a time. July 2007 is available at $3300 per month. There is a $150 cleaning fee and $400 damage deposit. 11% tax is added to the total. All utilities, cable, phone, pool service included in price.
