Re: Having a Auction ( Results )

The 120 Acres sold Absolute at 2,500 per acre +10% buyer fee= 2,750 per acre.

We did not get a reasonable offer on the rest. That is a great buy for the buyer, it was at the very bottom of the range of what we thought it might sell for. If there are any buyers for the rest, let me know. We will be listing the property later next week.

The rest would not be easy to develop, but you can build a single home on it. There are 2 plats a 160 acre with all the old growth timber in the middle of the wetlands area and a 68 acre track on Hwy 77. Not sure what the bid was, it started a 1 k per acre and stopped around 1,200 per acre. Probably would have taken 2k per acre for the 160.

The 9 waterfront lots are not mine, the sell happens at 6:07 today in your neck of the woods. No action on the Commercial. It seems that everyone was interested in the absolute only.

Buyer did not close, they were the only phone bidder and bought all 3 ABSOLUTE lots in a regroup at the end of the Auction after each had been sold to diffrent people. The people at Roebuck Auctions are great but this one did not work out.

Keep the Faith
