Sorry guys, did not check email or the site as I was out of town having fun.

The land is on the Shoal River east 4.5 miles from Crestview. It is off Airport Road via Randy Road.
Undeveloped, nature trail from dirt road access to cleared acre on the river.
County has just purchased land nearby to make a park/boat ramp and will improve the road.
Any structure must be up 5' from grade. Most people build up 8-10' on pilings. The land can get water on parts when there is a major flood or hurricane. However the land along the river is a high bluff that I have never seen flood and that is where most would build.

No utilities at this time but that may change with the county building.
