I have a friend that is moving to the area in the next month. She is looking for at least a 2 bedroom house/condo no further east than Blue Mtn. She can afford around $1,200/month. Please let me know if you have anything.

I have a 3 BR, 2BA almost new condo in Seagrove. Has about 1150 sq. ft. with w/d and internet. Condo is on 4th floor with elevator and has nice screened porch overlooking state forest. Complex has pool and lake with pier. About 5 minute walk to beach and is close to shopping and restaurants. Rent for $1,195/mo. Will be there next week to show it if interested.
