Are you sure about the 28' foot inboard motor boat. Most of the bay front lots have only average of 24" deep water. My friend also most destoryed his 24' outboard motor getting sand in the motor and cost several hundred dollars to fix. I would love to have a nice 28' fishing boat dock in my door, but that not possible. I will continue to cruise on the party boat for now.

If this is deep water, then sign me up for dock alone.

SJ- You are correct the outboard has no place in swallow water, but I will bring the party boat over and pull that big old heavy inboard out stuck in the sand with a 24" or more draft in 2 feet of water. Better yet go for a jet boat.

Speaking of boats. There is a big old Fishing Boat parked in the middle of bay near the mouth of Mack Bayou for over 2 months. I guess Mack Bayou is too swallow for the boat or the owner does not want to pay dock fees at Sandestin marine. I surprised someone had not hit it at night. My d-- dog barks at it every night, you would think she would be use to it by now.

the inboard has no place in swallow water. Are you PUI?

That is funny about your dog barking at the boat. One of my muts barks at new items, like when I brought home the pumpkin. It sat on the counter for a few hours before he went Bark-o-matic on it.

SJ I am little slow. What is PUI?

Kaycie, my lab just woke up all the neighbors at 6:00AM barking at the boat again. I keep telling her 500 yards out in the bay is not her territory. I hope others do not get the idea to park there. One of these days some Air Force pilot is going to test one of those bombs on a real target. The big old fish boat.

Recently, I look at a lot for a friend on a canal near Port Washington area. Had a nice boat house beautiful lot and had a private for sale sign by a real estate broker. Do you know who's lot this is? This friend of mine can not make his mind up to buy here or Cape San Blas. I prefer here to live and to visit the Cape. I enjoy keeping some of my lot and not giving back to mother nature.
