hi! is this the same one you're advertising as a carriage house for rent in 'old seaside'? if so, i got your message and recorded your number. these sort of sound like the same places. either way, maybe you have another and i can view that as well. i'm looking all over, but the carriage house idea seems like the best thing for me...small, quaint, simple, low impact, and doable with a teacher's salary...
