for a quick weekend out of town and was hoping for some great weather. How do you think the water/beaches will look like by then. Also, going to do some surf fishing...anything biting?

I think they will look absolutely beautiful. Flat water, emerald-green, new sandbars, high beaches, plenty of birds. No fish biting lately, too rough. Maybe by the weekend they will be hungry.

bring the sunscreen. The sun is still high in the sky, and will burn you quickly. Temps still in the upper 80s and lower 90's for the highs. Even if cloudy, it will burn your skin.
I saw the chance or rain was about 30% but I hope we miss most of it.
Go to Jambone, they've got a great setup for football.
Usually 30% isn't a problem. If anything by the time you collect everything and start heading off the beach the rain will have stopped.
