Does anyone know what kind of commercial builing is going on 30 A? Community Centers, Senior Centers, Hotels?

Can you be a little more precise? Which parcel? Are you asking if there is any commercial construction going on in general, or a specific piece?

Sorry. I misunderstood you, and thought you meant that you didn't want ANY commercial buildings on 30A, and Lake Place Restaurant, a commercial business, is currently under construction.
appalach, the Town Center plans have dwindled from a great community with homes, schools, parks, County offices, etc, to much less. Now, it consists of County offices and departments, library, South Walton High School, Okaloosa Walton College (the first two buildings currently under construction), Dog Park, and maybe one day in the near future the Boys and Girls Club, which currently consists of three mobile trailers.
