The wait is over. PJ's Coffee of New Orleans opens on Monday April 20 in WaterColor Town Center. Store hours are 6:30 am - 8pm seven days a week. We'll have our full coffee menu, breakfast sandwiches, pastries and more. We hope you'll stop in and say hi and of course, we'll continue to offer our great New Orleans coffee and Planet Smoothies at our Redfish Village location as well.
