Goatfeather's Seafood or Shrimpers before I perform the following:
Purchase several pounds
Peel (except tail), de-vein, and butterfly them
Dip in egg wash and roll in crushed saltine's
Fry to golden brown
Serve with a little cocktail sauce (ketchup and horseradish to taste)
Tried the shrimp poboy at Shade today; the shrimp were nice sized and pretty tasty. I'm thinking I still like Stinky's better than the rest of the places I've had shrimp baskets down here. I do like Seagrove Market Cafe, too-I had their cheesesteak yesterday and it was really great!
