And it's usually safe to assume association fees will increase over time and that there are also likely to be special assessments for things that need to be done. We have a place with VERY low association fees which is great, yet they do indeed increase and there are special assessments now and then for things that are needed (which I fully understand).

Anyone have any insight to Condo Prices in Watercolor, Northside of 30A? Are they going up or down?

Asking prices continue to fall, but nothing seems to move. My guess is two bedrooms need to fall to the $400k range and one bedrooms to the $300k range to begin moving. Same goes for the condos in Rosemary and Watersound (with 4 bedrooms a little higher). Reselling a condo is very, very difficult.
