You are so right. Here in KY, it's rednecks and ATVs and head injuries. In Fl, it's tourists and rental wheels. Both are bad news!!

What I dislike is the that many people who rent them, have no idea how to operate one.

Geez...It was hard enough to ride a bike on the sidewalks last summer, now we have to watch out for scooters then again we would get to Tom Thumb much faster to replenish our beer stash ;-) (and ice of course!)
