Wanted 3-4 bedroom w/garage

I am in need of a large 3 bedroom with an office or a 4 bedroom home. We need to have at least a 1 car garage and must allow pets. I have 2 small house trained dogs and I am looking to stay near 30A as much as possible because of work. If I can not stay close I need to be within a 15 - 20 minute driving distance. I am looking for a yearly lease, if you have an home that is for sale and need some extra income this could be perfect for the both of us!! If you have something that is available please let me know.
