Come to our Rosemary Beach location for a Mac jam with other locals!
Events will be lead by David Goetzka, Bryan Beasley, and/or Kevin Boyle.
We want to encourage all levels of mac users to attend – from beginners to advanced users. Bring your questions and your favorite tips and tricks to share with the group.
Here’s a tentative schedule for the following week
January 28: New to the Mac? Tips and tricks for Finder, Spotlight, Safari, Mail, iChat, iCal, Address Book, System Preferences, Services, Parental Controls and maybe a few others.
February 18: iTunes, iPods and iPhones and your Mac as your media center using Apple’s software vs third party alternatives.
March 18: iLife – iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD (vs Roxio’s Popcorn and Toast), GarageBand
April 15: The Business Mac: Microsoft Office vs Apple iWork (and a look at FileMaker Pro and Bento)
May 20: The Creative Mac: A quick overview of Adobe products
June 17: High End Programs – video editing, sound editing
If you have ideas for topics, let us know. Hope to see many of our local mac users there!
