Thank You, Restaurant Fire for a phenomenal Valentine's dinner, I had the Olive Oil Poached Halibut over a Roasted Beet Risotto with Leeks and Spaghetti Squash and a Smokey Lobster-Citrus Reduction - They've outdone themselves again.
Definitely feel sorry for those that missed it. I had the truffled mushroom tart, lamb shank, and for dessert a creme brulee with champagne marinated fruit.
DS forgot to mention the chocolate cake with homemade chocolate ice cream.
