Owners in seacrest and surrounding area, I am trying to get an idea of how many weeks a year you are able to rent your house out and whether your rentals are typically limited to summer/spring or whether they spill over into the fall or winter months. Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated:D

When you say Seacrest do you mean the general area, the specific development or the area between WaterSound and Alys Beach?

Sorry new to the lingo:D I mean the specific development. The one with the big pool and shuttle service to the beach. I admit the whole the Seacrest area versus develooment etc is very confusing to a newcomer.

You could PM TooFarTampa and GoToTheBeachMom as both of them own property in Seacrest that they rent out to vacationers.

I would defer to TFT and GTTBM's opinion. However in my experience you are going to have an excellent spring break and summer season on the larger homes. This year you would most definitely experience good shoulder seasons. However snowbirds are very particular to a gulf view and don't generally go for larger homes.
