It's Herons Watch Condos. The only utility is electricity and during the winter that bill is usually around 75 and at the peak of summer around 140. Some of these units rent for around 850-900, so you might want to look into it more...

Your wrong sorry....There is electric, water, phone, cable and internet and electric runs at peak around $60 and this is the new building not the old ones.
