I think this could work real well in season with the rental companies. It could even be part of the check in. I know most folks would love to have a bin to put their recyclables in and would bet they would gladly pay for the bin at check in. They could then leave it out front upon check out. I would bet to even simplify your life, the rental company could handle the entire transaction. Just a thought.

When I worked rentals we were consistently asked about recycling. Nothing says high class like checking someone into an $8,000.00/week rental and then explaining that they can take their recyclables to a rather disgusting trailer located behind the grocery store.

I probably would. As it stands now, I take my recycling from the beach to my bin in Atlanta because it is that important to me. That generally takes up some prime real estate in my car for five hours.
