Ecumenical Choir Performs
"Night of the Father's Love"

For many, the Christmas presentation of the Ecumenical Choir of Walton County is the highlight of the holiday season. It is still a too well-kept secret. Every year upwards of 30 talented and devoted singers and musicians from various local church congregations come together to exalt the birth of the Lord--and delight those who come to hear.

Adele Armitage, their director, pours her passion, discipline and unique flair for selecting just the right music into each Ecumenical Choir program. This year's presentation will be no exception. "Night of the Father's Love" resonates with familiar themes presented in stunning arrangements with accompaniment by woodwinds, strings and horns.

There will be three performances, all at Christ the King Episcopal Church on Hwy 393 (1/2 mile north of Hwy 98) in Santa Rosa Beach:

December 12th Sunday Matinee at 3PM to 4:30PM
December 12th Sunday Evening at 7PM to 8:30PM
December 13th Monday Evening at 7PM to 8:30PM

There will be refreshments following each of the performances. In the true spirit of Christmas giving, all are encouraged to bring a canned good for those in need in the community. The Choir is a community outreach organization and all free will offerings received go to worthy local causes like Caring and Sharing, Lighthouse Family Retreat, and the Path of Grace Women's Recovery Home--to name a few.

For more information, call Adele at 850-267-3332.
