I did it in 87 minutes-not the fastest time I know but I still finished it!!

That's really great. I can only do that when listening to some great music or when I'm really upset or angry about something.
You are definitely ready for a 10K because being outdoors makes the time go by so much faster than on a treadmill.

Well, I am angry at the jiggle on my gut and I've been listening to my vacation mix on my iphone-all of my happy music from the 70's, 80's and 90's so it took that and sheer willpower to get me there!!
