We've been visiting the area and looking for a place of our own for years -- we just closed Wednesday on a beachfront condo in Santa Rosa. Am thrilled to be heading down this weekend!

Congratulations! We live in Michigan and are happy (ecstatic) owners here in SoWal (since 2003). We've made so many great memories with family and friends. My daughters love the SoWal beach so much that both chose to have their high school graduation photos taken at the beach here. I wish you many happy days ahead and wonderful memories. Enjoy decorating and exploring your piece (peace) of paradise.
