Wanted: 4x4 Smaller sized Truck

Looking for a small to medium V4 or V6, 4-wheel drive truck for my elderly father to take down to the beach. Any good running 1994 - 2005 or so. He is looking for an automatic as he has problems shifting. Doesn't need to be fancy, just reliable.

Wanted: House for Weekend

we are looking to rent a house for my granddaughter's first communion party...we have elderly relatives (in their 90s), so it needs to be a house on ground level...or at least with the living area on ground level.
Not necessarily on the beach, but near. Not for a group to sleep but for a Sunday after church service luncheon.
anyone know of a place that can be rented just for the weekend this time of year. We need it April 30 and May 1st.
