Bill is dead - at least that's what I read.

This is the third year the bill has been the priority of Florida Power & Light, and it is the third time the bill has died.

A French oil and gas giant, Total, is taking a majority equity stake in U.S. solar manufacturer SunPower.

Total has announced a strategic partnership and ownership stake in SunPower, a California-based solar panel manufacturer.

Sun Power has received loan guarantees from the DOE to the tune of almost $2 billion for the 250-megawatt California Valley Solar Ranch that is being jointly built by SunPower and NGR Solar.
