I liked 30-a chops. the menu looks very thin now. last year your 8 ounce filet was $26 or so. now its $36. does that include a potatoe or side item.are all your items buy one get one free from 5-6?

Are there any Prime beef cattle in the local area?

Yes. Florida is a huge producer of cattle. We're #12 in terms of beef cattle production and 1/2 the agricultural land in the state is used for cattle.

Typically they send the calves to other states to finish and butcher them, but you can still buy sustainably farmed cattle from Florida, Alabama, or Georgia instead of having to ship it in from much further away.

A family farm in Summerville has been producing Wagyu (American Kobe that exceeds "prime") for decades.
