Can anyone recommend affordable beach photographer?

Hello,
I will be at the beach with my son (who has autism), and my parents and my brother & his girlfriend the 2nd week in July. My mother will be celebrating her 60th birthday. I was thinking as a gift for her I could have a photographer take a pic of all of us on the beach. The thing is, I can't spend serious money. We're spending 1,000/mo on autism therapy. (My parents are paying for the trip).

So, any affordable recommendations would be great. Thanks.
