I need help renting a furnished 3 bedroom home with carriage home and garage in the Village of Blue Mnt! The home is in short sale mode and contract is in place. I am renting the home currently but have stumbled into something I can not pass up on. The landlord is really cool to work with and has asked that I help rent it out before I leave. You can literally walk to the community pool, workout room or beach. It really is an awesome place! What's the time frame regarding your move-out date and the anticipated sale closing? ... My husband and I are currently in Northern Ca. looking to move back to 30A (we moved a little over 6 months ago), so we're definitely in the market. We want to come home
