Room for rent in 2b/2b house in Sandestin. Room is furished along with rest of the house. You will have your on bathroom. My orginial roommate moved out to return to college so we've been looking for someone to take his place. You will be subleasing the room from him. Rent is 550 a month plus utilites. The orginial lease runs out at the end of February but if we work out we can renew the lease for 6 months to a year. I am 27,work 10 hr days, 4 days a week Mon - Thurs, and sometimes on Fridays.
