Mexican chicken spaghetti is probably my #1 favorite casserole followed by my Cavatini then poppyseed chicken-all delicious! It's supposed to cool off here this week-getting to be casserole, chili and stew weather again!

Mexican lasagna is a great way to use up all those half-eaten bags of nachos in the house. Just layer salsa, nachos, canned beans, black beans, cheese. It's very tasty and a great way to clean the pantry/fridge.
I used to love shepard's pie growing up. hamburg on the bottom, then peas, then mashed potatos on top. Don't think I'd love it as much now, but I did growing up.

Oh, one more. Blintzes (sp?) layered in a sweet sour cream sauce and baked with some fruit. Great for guests for breakfast. I think the recipe is on the frozen blintz box.
Hashbrown Casserole anybody? Not very good on the old waistline, but tasty!
Yep, love me some hashbrown casserole. I have a warm shrimp & crab salad casserole recipe that has a potato chip butter bottom crust. I'll see if I can find the written version to post.
