I think Stinky's has the best fried oysters on 30A.

Hurricane's is the best for raw.

Shrimp varies by my mood - Klaus, Marie's, Fire (love their shrimp and grits) and Smiling Fish are my faves for that.

Never been to Shoo or Bayou.

thanks all! from reading through all of this, i am thinking we will be safest with bill's on 98 since it looks like the best of the two nick's is on 20 - a bit far for mom. and since nick's on the beach may be closed after thanksgiving anyway, the decision is REALLY easy. you have all been a great help.

recently took my mother and 6yo to bayou bills in PCB and both loved it-great service and pretty good food. i ususally go for the non chain type places but for what it does bayou bills is good and seems consistent.
