I'm currently renting a 3-bedroom / 3-bathroom house in Blue Mountain Beach, just off 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Blue Mountain Beach public access.

Rent is $1,450 per month (utilities not included). Pets are allowed.

Good credit necessary.

I'm moving out November 10th and trying to help the landlord find renters. Pictures show carpet upstairs which will be replaced with hardwood laminate when I move out.

Available December 1. Possibly a week or two earlier if needed.
