Seeking a motivated, professional, dependable cleaning company with the capabilities to handle 20 luxury homes along the Emerald Coast. The duties would include keeping up with a schedule and having crews in place for departure cleans, performing two deep cleans per year, and adhering to company standards for a beautifully cleaned home. You must have a reliable staff in place and be available year round. We are looking to build a wonderful relationship with a company to where growth is limitless. We are centrally located in the heart of 30A. We have residential and commercial cleaning crews available 24/7. Short notice is not a problem. We have many accounts between Alys Beach and Sand Destin as references. Interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance, including debris removal and lawn care. In season our crews are specially trained in FLIPS. We had zero compliant's from the 2012 season.
