I do not use this ipad, therefore it is like new and it is wifi capable. They are $399 on apple.com which is where I purchased it from in June.

the ipad 2 has been $359 brand new from microcenter in atlanta for the last 10 months and i see more and more doing $359. the new ipad 3rd generation is $399

My 14 year old is wanting one for Christmas so a used one sounded perfect but thanks for the information.
