Where does one go to get a beach permit for a dog?

Where does one go to get a beach permit for a dog? I am new to the area.

Welcome~ My family is new to the area as well and just went through this process. You can get a dog permit at the County Clerk of Court located at 31 Coastal Centre Blvd, off hwy 331.
