Noticed a sign on the south of 98 for a new project called "Rosemary East". Should be a nice addition to Rosemary Bluff and Rosemary Beach. (Not affiliated with Each other) Along with the hotels, future Ebsco/Alys Beach project, Watersound North and other big chunks of land recently bought to soon be developed. Inlet Beach is going to be a hot spot for years come

They have ruined Inlet Beach

Peaceful Inlet Beach will never be the same. It is becoming as overdeveloped and intolerable as the rest of 30A. I have been an owner here since 1999, and it may be time to pick up and go elsewhere now.
