Here is an idea. Our Brazilian cheese rolls that are GF can certainly hold a nice mini slider with your choice of garnishes.
The roll is light , healthy and already has an assortment of cheeses incorporated in the recipe. We tried it at our SayCheezZ bakery and it was Delish

Fleming's has the best happy hour from 5-7p and they serve the best all prime hamburger anywhere, you can even order this burger rare folks! Plus it is only $6 and comes with Bacon, cheese, fries or colossal onion rings! Just get there between 5-7p....because price goes to $14 after! Worth it at either price though.

Seacrest Sundries rocks a great burger! And the fried pickles are delish too! In fact, all the food is great and reasonably priced!

Thanks Trishh, Our burgers are made to order and maintaining the quality is our number one priority. Our fried pickles are getting quite a following and our new mac and cheese bites are taking off!

I have a question. When we went there once for breakfast, the biscuit sandwiches were pre-assembled. Is it still that way? Are the burgers made to order or pre-made? We want to find more places to go on the east end of 30A (to avoid the traffic near Seaside) and would love to patronize your establishment.

Most biscuits I see around are pre-assembled - Seacrest Sundries has some good food.
