Established professional family looking to relocate from Fort Walton Beach to Miramar/Santa Rosa Beach in August. Ideally looking for a 3-4 bedroom 2.5 bath house/condo/townhouse. We do have a small 4 year old Corgi that is a huge part of the family. Can provide excellent references as well as our current landlord of 4 years. Additionally, we prefer to have direct withdraw or other electronic means of monthly lease payments. That way you are guaranteed to receive payment by the first of each month.
