For Rent Room for Rent: Blue Mountain Beach - available July 4th

I have a room for rent (house to be shared with one other person) in Blue Mountain Beach. It has beach access (6 minute walk), extra large bedroom with balcony, 2-story, in a good neighborhood. House comes partially furnished.

The term of the lease or rental period is July 4th to July 31st.

The rent is 700$ plus 550$ deposit, and that includes utilities.
