I need super simple and super fast directions for traveling from St. Louis, MO to Seagrove Beach. We are leaving this Saturday morning; we'll be staying at Beachfront II Condos. Thanks so much!

We loved here from that area and we have found the most updated directions come from mapquest which you can download as an app on phone! Have fun! It takes us about 10 from Cape!

We take 55 south till we get to I-155/us 412 Dyersburg, then 45 to 72 to 65 to 331 to 98 to 395 to 30a. Another good route is 78 that you catch in Memphis. Both take about 12 hours from St. Louis. You can also go the 255 route and go through Nashville but that is more mileage and takes longer. Whichever route you choose, have fun!!

Over 25 years we have gone every which way. We have taken all kinds of back roads just for the fun of it. But when you need to cut to the chase and want to minimize time, the most direct-as much interstate as possible:

64E-57S-24E-65S-331S-98E-395S

We sometimes take alternate roads to 331 that run parallel if the road is crowded.
Some will stay on 65 a little longer and get off at Georgiana and take 55 and go through Andulusia.

I concur, stay on 65 until Georgiana, then 55/84 to 331. From Carbondale, I have made it in 9.5 hours.

Wuchie, hope you haven't taken Bob's advice about Paducah to Nashvile.I-24 is nothing less than a nightmare lately road construction for miles and as much as two to three hour delays.wish I had seen this before tonight.Take Luvthebeach's advise.

Sorry did not know there was construction. I used that route a lot back in the day. Hated 64 because of the miles and miles of open highway and I do most of my travels at night.
