Alaqua has a ton of very cute and friendly small dogs and puppies right now. I know at least one is a pug mix and is the friendliest dog known to man. Go take a tour - it's fun even if you're not looking for a dog. Maybe one of the little cuties will find its way into your heart.
I agree. Buy a rescue pug mix. My sister had two pugs. They had untimely deaths due to breathing problems. Pugs just have that. A mix would not have such a predisposed health problem. And you'd save a puppy's life.
Yes, we bought a show dog. We decided that it would be the last dog we'd ever have because we hope to have some grandchildren in at least five years. So we decided to buy an extra special dog (then decided that showing would be a hassle). And she is extra special.
