Hi, I am looking for a carriage house located along 30A for a month to month rental. I work full time as a graphic designer and photographer in the area and travel a lot around the world, so I do not need anything big. I am very clean, respectful 27yrs male.

Max price with utilities included $700.00, without $600
-Can be furnished or unfurnished
-would like a washer and dryer
-full kitchen

I have no pets.
