Help! landlord is changing our place to a weekly rental after 2 years! Seeking a long-term rental beginning aug 2014. Unfurnished and allowing a pet, we have a Golden. Prefer 3 bedroom but can do 2. Would like to stay on 30A and close to the beach. Thank you!
