Now hiring - Full Time Administrative Assistant
Premier real estate office on east end of 30A seeks energetic, organized, and efficient Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate for this position is a professional, computer literate, people person. Daily tasks will include (but are not limited to) greeting guests, answering the phone and transferring calls, maintaining office inventory, creating flyers in Adobe Creative Suites 6, inputting data, creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, light straightening of the office, and other miscellaneous clerical work as needed. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and willingness to help others are necessary for success in this position.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop are highly suggested but not required, as we are willing to train an ambitious individual.
Starting pay $14-$15/hr depending on experience and skills
