My family (myself, fiance, and dog) are looking for a 3+ bedroom 2+ bathroom approx. 1800 sq ft home with a 2 car garage and fenced in yard in the Santa Rosa Beach area. We would like to be at 2,000 or below for rent, not including utilities. Both my fiance and myself are active military and enjoy being active in the community. Our dog is a 75 pound golden retriever mixed breed that is a retired service dog, so he is extremely calm and well behaved. I have documentation for his certification and all vet documents as well. We are also more than happy to do a meet and greet with any rental management companies or homeowners to ease any concerns since he is such a big dog.
We would like to be able to move in around 20 Feb.
